01

Introduction

These terms set out the agreement between you and Invicta for the use of our client, website, and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using Invicta, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

02

Your licence

When you buy a subscription we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Invicta for as long as your plan is active. The licence is tied to your account and your hardware.

You may not share, resell, rent, or give away your access, and you may not copy or redistribute any part of the software.

03

Acceptable use

You agree to use Invicta lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or bypass the protection of the client.

You also must not use the service to disrupt, overload, or harm our servers or other users. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended or terminated without a refund.

04

Purchases and payments

Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged through our payment partners. We do not store your card details ourselves.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

05

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attempts to defraud us, or puts the service at risk.

If your account is closed for a violation, any remaining subscription time is forfeited. You are free to stop using Invicta at any time.

06

Disclaimer and liability

Invicta is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or completely error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the service.

07

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version will always be available here with its last-updated date, and continued use of Invicta means you accept the latest version.
